Apple cider vinegar alleviates cramping and gas caused by low stomach acid. The acidity helps with digestion and it contains lots of nutrients that support the digestive tract.
It is really easy to become dehydrated when your stomach is upset so it is important to drink lots of water. I recommend sticking to liquids until your stools are solid and the vomiting has stopped, and then move on to bland foods that are really easy to digest.
