Why Custom Orthotics?

Custom orthotics are inserts for your shoes that are designed to align your feet and ankles (and hence the rest of your body) into the most efficient physical position. Being in a physically more-aligned position while standing and walking helps your muscles lengthen and strengthen in the ways in which they are meant to - which in turn helps your body feel better.
