COVID-19 Information Page

We're happy to have the opportunity to be open again and to once more be serving the St. Clair West are by offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage and much more. Please help us keep you and the rest of the community safe by making sure you're aware of the protocols we need to follow. This way we can get you feeling better, faster! Thank you for your support, and for being a part of the Yellow Gazebo community.

Safe working systems in place:

We're continuing to have on-going team meetings to ensure our practitioners are educated with new return-to-practice protocols and requirements. We have created a safe patient flow schedule, and are strictly following the Ontario Ministry of Health hygiene and cleaning guidelines.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Our admin team and therapists are all wearing appropriate PPE, and we have installed and are stocked with all necessary PPE, e.g. sneeze guards, disposable medical masks, face shields, Ministry of Health approved hand sanitizer, and all of the necessary signage and screening protocols.

Before Your Appointment

Paperless Forms & Contactless Payment:

With online forms, emailed receipts, credit card numbers on file and direct billing in place, we can literally do everything without paper! Limiting the items you have to touch while visiting us is one of our top priorities.

COVID-19 Screenings:

Prior to your appointment you will be sent an email asking you to fill out a COVID-19 screening form. Please fill this out before your visit. Your therapist will review the screening questions with you before bringing you into the room, and will take your temperature with a contact-less thermometer as well.

When You Arrive

Wear a Mask:

When entering the clinic, please wear a mask that you have brought with you. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one for $1 as our supplies are limited. As soon as you enter, please use the provided hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands.

Practice 6 Foot Distancing:

Even though our waiting room is very spacious, we will only have one team member behind the sneeze guard, and no more than 2 patients in the waiting room at a time. Please do not enter the clinic if you see 2 or more people already in the waiting area. If you see this many people, please inform reception of your arrival and wait outside, or in your car. We will call you when it is safe to enter.
