Kelsey Rogers, MSW RSW
Kelsey majored in psychology at the University of Guelph and went on to complete a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Windsor. Her personal and professional experiences have helped to develop her empathetic and compassionate approach with others.
Kelsey centers her work around the understanding that each individual’s experience is unique. You are the expert in your own life, and she is here to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you.
Kelsey has experience working with children, youth, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and low self-esteem. She believes in the importance of developing your own individualized toolbox to help increase your ability to cope with life stressors. She will work with you to identify your existing strengths and how you can amplify your ability to tackle the challenges you are facing. Kelsey draws upon techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Kelsey is a yoga and travel enthusiast. She has a great appreciation for music and finds her own calm through meditation and the outdoors. Kelsey will work with you to establish your goals and strengthen your ability to cope with life’s challenges.
