Massage therapist Leslie Ann is a graduate of the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program. During her time at Centennial College, Leslie had the opportunity to participate in several specialty clinics where she treated seniors, pregnant women, infants, people with special needs, athletes, and patients in the Complex Continuing Care unit at Toronto East General Hospital.
Her previous experience working in spas has enabled her to provide an effective yet relaxing treatment for her clients, making sure they are comfortable throughout the massage. In her treatments, Leslie Ann incorporates techniques and modalities such as general Swedish techniques, myofascial release, rhythmic and joint mobilizations and lymphatic techniques. She works within an evidence based model with techniques tailored to each patient's needs and goals; striving to achieve them one massage at a time.
