Dayna is a registered physiotherapist with training in pelvic health physiotherapy. She received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior, Dayna attended Western University and obtained her Honours Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology and graduated with distinction.
Dayna has experience in orthopedic, neurological, paediatric, and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has experience working with both men and women in her pelvic health physiotherapy practice.
Dayna is passionate about pelvic health physiotherapy and strives to empower her clients to take control of their health and reach their specific functional goals, whatever they may be. She ensures that each of her clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in each physiotherapy session. Dayna takes a client-centered approach to care and will work with you to provide the best care that works for you! Understanding that each client is different, she believes that finding what works for you and your lifestyle is the best way to get you back to what you love to do as quickly as possible. Your treatments with Dayna will include education, hands-on, and exercise-based approaches to guide you on your path to rehabilitation.
