Jigna Parmar has 12 years of experience in the Physical Therapy field. She is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She is also certified in concussion management through the CCMI Academy and as a pelvic floor therapist.

Jigna is good with assessing and treating a variety of orthopedic injuries. Her treatment includes mostly hands-on including joint mobilization, client education, manual therapy, Myofascial Release technique, and specific exercises. She promotes health wellness and quality of life for each individual. Jigna is always looking to expand her knowledge and plans to pursue further training in acupuncture and vestibular therapy.

She has experience treating:

· muscle and Ligament pain/ injury/sprain/strain and Joint pain

· postural dysfunction (Upper and lower cord cross syndrome/upper and lower back pain)

· Fracture and post-surgical condition

· Sports injuries.

· Workplace injuries.

· Arthritis/Degenerative condition

Her special interest is in Shoulder/Knee/ Ankle joint injury and rehabilitation. She supports evidence-based practice and believes in a client-centered approach to develop and implement specific goal-oriented treatment plans to help patients get to improve with pain-free ranges.

In her spare time, Jigna enjoys hiking, biking, and bowling. She was also a badminton player and is an enthusiastic chess player.
