What is chair yoga?

Chair yoga is great for a variety of people, and might be just what you're looking for.  Perfect for seniors, pregnant women, and anyone with limited mobility due to pain, weight or any other reason!  Chair yoga at Yellow Gazebo Natural Health Care is done in a small class, so you still get a lot of personal attention.
