Wanda Pedzinski, Registered Massage Therapist, BScN, graduated from Sutherland-Chan in 2010. Prior to this, she graduated from the nursing program at McMaster University where she was a member of the Varsity Tennis Team.

Wanda has worked with a large variety of clients - pregnant, athletes, seniors, and children, and she has treated a variety of conditions/ problems. She loves to help the everyday athlete get back to his/her sport/activity of choice.

Wanda likes to include some relaxation work into her massage treatments, but she will always adapt her treatments based on her patient's needs.

Wanda has run 9 marathons so far, and her first was in Seoul, South Korea where she taught ESL for 4 years.

What is registered massage therapy?

Registered massage therapy, a regulated health profession in Ontario, is generally taught in the method of Swedish massaging.  This technique involves long, smooth strokes, kneading, and other movements intent on causing relaxation of the muscles, accomplished by improving circulation to the muscles via the massage, thereby improving oxygen and nutrient supply to the tissues.  While registered massage therapy helps treat injuries, illness and stress, it is also excellent for helping prevent illness and conditions before they develop.  Some reasons people seek the help of RMT's include:
